Reflecting back....I am moved each time my feet step onto this shore. Today no different, the winds of October blew in warm and heavy and from the south. Always within reach, so close and seemingly deserving of the desire. I move west to where I know my Heart waits. A weeks worth of work and mixed emotions from the day to day, I need more than ever this greatest lake. One wave moves in, rolls and crashes and I breathe. I watch and repeat and breathe in all I can....surrounded in such beauty. Staying dry on the shore has never equaled being splashed and washed by these magical waters. How special are the moments when every sensory is firing on all eights.
